The XXIV Conference of the Osservatorio Fedeltà will be held on Thursday 10th October, exclusively in person in Parma at the Auditorium Paganini, and will address the topic RETHINKING LOYALTY

 

A need that unites Loyalty and Engagement strategies in all sectors is to think about and manage their redesign. In an increasingly dynamic market with constantly evolving customers, it is essential to constantly review these strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and alignment with corporate values. It is therefore time to dedicate an entire Conference to this topic!
